  • Interactive program where you can learn, share and grow with other participants.

WHAT CAN ONE ACHIEVE THROUGH THIS PROGRAM?

  • It will teach you how to look within and reach out for your resources.
  • It will help you to be more dependent on self for happiness than relying on any outside sources.
  • It will help you to be more responsive than reactive in situations.
  • Give you tools on how to go through difficult situations.
  • Give you an understanding of your own inner strength and feel free from within.
  • Operate from your authentic self & learn to live in the present moment.
  • Most importantly be your OWN BEST friend and transform into the best version of yourself

8 Pillars

These 8 Pillars will take you through all the aspects of Mind, Body & Soul from eating clean, sleeping well, mediating, movement, creativity, authenticity, finding your purpose and much more. Each week a new Pillar will be discussed in the zoom sessions, which will be followed by all the participants for that week and for the rest of the 8 weeks. For example, in week 1 when we talk about clean eating & sleeping, the participant will not only follow it through the first week, but it would be ongoing for 8 weeks. After which in week 2 another pillar will be added and followed through the 8 weeks. This will continue for all the 8 pillars.

EDUCATIVE & EXPERIENTIAL ZOOM SESSIONS

Every Saturday for 8 weeks (2.5-3 hours)

ONE ON ONE WEEKLY SESSIONS

Every Friday for 8 weeks, half hour session with me.
