Individual Counselling is a collaborative process, involving a non-judgmental, supportive counsellor who will work with you to set goals and establish strategies to meet those goals. The frequency and duration of counselling will depend largely on your needs, treatment goals, and progress. Many concerns are readily resolved with short-term counselling, and other chronic or more complex concerns require long-term commitment before improvement is realized.
